Toto the Rabbit
Privacy Policy
Effective September 12, 2026
Toto the Rabbit is an early validation for personalized kids’ bedtime audio stories. This page explains what we collect, why, and how we protect families’ trust.
Who we are
We operate the Toto the Rabbit website and early-access signup. When we say “we,” we mean the Toto the Rabbit project.
What we collect
When you sign up, we may collect your email address and optional details you choose to share about your child (for example first name, age, and family details you want woven into a story). We may also receive basic technical information from our hosting provider (such as approximate location derived from IP, browser type, and pages visited) to keep the site reliable.
How we use information
We use your information to send the stories or updates you asked for, to personalize stories during this validation, to reply to parent messages, and to improve Toto. We do not sell your personal information. We do not use children’s data to target ads.
Children’s privacy
Toto is for parents and caregivers. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children under 13. Story details about a child should be submitted by a parent or guardian.
Email and choices
You can unsubscribe from emails using the link in any message, or by emailing us. You can also ask us to delete the information you submitted for this validation.
Storage and partners
This is an early validation: some stories may be prepared manually. We use trusted service providers to host the website and deliver email. They process data only to provide those services for us.
